Your right to cancel your order and how to make a return

We very much hope you love your purchases from LizzyLoves, but if you would like to return or exchange them, please find below your cancellation rights and our returns and exchanges procedure.

Order cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order and sales contract with us within 14 calendar days, which starts from the day after you or your nominated person to receive the goods, have received your items. Your right to a refund for your purchases will expire after these 14 calendar days.

Once we receive your request for cancellation we will give you a Returns Authorisation Number (RA number), which you will need to complete your cancellation and returns form below. Please complete and detach the relevant section on the form and return it with your purchase(s), it will need to accompany the products, or we won’t know who the return is from!

It is your responsibility to request a return. If you don’t tell us you want to make a return, we don’t know! Once you do tell us, we will do everything we can to assist.

Where You Do Not Have a Right to Cancel

Where goods have been made to your specification or have been personalised to your requirements, then you will not be entitled to cancel the contract unless the goods are defective.

is your responsibility and you shall bear the cost of returning the goods. We kindly ask that your return your items to us as soon as possible without any delay, and no later than 14 days from the date on which you cancelled your order.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel your sales contract with us, we will reimburse money paid to us within 14 days of returning the goods to us, we will send you an email to confirm that the refund has taken place. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Delivery costs will only be refunded at standard rates and we are unable to refund supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.

If you return only part of your order then we will refund proportional postage costs. We strongly recommend that all returns to us are signed for to ensure that you have confirmation of the product being received by us as we cannot be liable for returned products which are lost in the post.

All returns will be quality checked upon receipt by us. We may make a deduction from your reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is a result of unnecessary use, handling, wear or damage by you. You will also lose your right to cancel if you unseal goods that are not suitable for returns owing to health protection or hygiene reasons. If you are unsure about the purchase of earrings from us, under no circumstances must you place these through the ear.

If you would like to exchange your items, we will refund or charge for any difference between the price of the goods purchased.

In the unlikely event that you feel that the item you have received is faulty, please send the item back to us using the returns form here. If we agree the item is faulty, we will provide you with a refund or exchange and a refund for all postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
